Welcome to Dr. Stephanie Galea DC! Stephanie is excited to be bringing her services to the Uptown Saint John Community. She offers evidence based Chiropractic care. This means that she places a high importance on patient care and preference. She can work with you to develop a treatment plan that you are comfortable with and one that will deliver results based on the newest evidence based research. She incorporates soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilizations and acupuncture into her treatments to offer you the most benefit. She is also passionate about exercise and home care to help further you in your recovery.
Dr. Stephanie Galea can treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues. Although she welcomes everyone into her practice, she has developed a passion for women's health issues - specifically around prenatal and post partum care.

We are happy to say that we are now offering Microblading appointments again with @definebyjordan!

Jordan has been in the last few weeks taking care of clients that have been waiting for their appointments since prior to our closing in March. She is now caught up and ready to take new (and repeat) clients!

Her hours have been updated in our online booking system so you can see her availability and book your appointment.

We are sporting lab coats these days and wearing a mask during your appointment and we are happy to do it!

If it makes our clients feel more confident coming to us for services, it is a small sacrifice to make.

We love what we do and are more grateful than ever that we can continue to serve you.
We are also incredibly proud of how well our province has done thus far. We will do all that we can to ensure that this continues...including wearing a mask!

Today we are going to check in with one of our busiest RMT's...Erica is not only a full time massage therapist but also a mother of 4!! Downtime is not a word in her vocabulary. Even though her work life might be looking a little different these days, her home life hasn't missed a beat!

She has kept herself and her family busy checking out some of the beautiful natural surroundings that we are fortunate to have here in New Brunswick.

This past weekend they hiked into Welsford Falls. Isn't it beautiful!!🥰 With travel restrictions in place, have you made a list of all the places in New Brunswick that you haven't been but always wanted to see? I bet you won't be at a loss for things to check out.

Today we were packing up some of our furniture and blankets that are not easily sanitized.

These are items that were bought with comfort in mind and today the reason for removing them is also for comfort.

We are now moving into a new normal with a new definition of comfort. We are examining every aspect of our work environment to make sure you are protected and that you can walk in and feel assured that you are safe.

We are looking forward to the day that we can welcome you back into our redefined comfortable space!

Mother's Day will be here before you know it!

Have you thought about how you are going to honour your Mom this year?

If you want to put a smile on her face and a little more warmth in her heart, join us in our Mother's Day promotion as we bless moms and spread some love in the community. She'll be so proud!

We usually support our neighbour's at Catapult Coffee & Studio by consuming endless cups of their delicious brew. Since they have been closed, we haven't been able to support them in this way.
We thought we would show them some love by offering to donate $5 from every $50 in gift certificates that we sell for Mother's Day.

They are under the umbrella of Outflow and do so much good in our community by providing a place to give dignity, life and hope. We are happy to support them in that!

We can send gift certificates purchased between now and May 4 by mail or arrange for pick up on Friday May 8th at our location.

When purchasing gift certificates for aesthetics services, you will have to specify what service provider the gift certificate is for since most of our aesthetician's are independent.
